Terms of Use
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms cover the use of arhiteq.ai, a site operated by Arhiteq, 2175 S Coast Hwy 4, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Using the site means accepting them. The work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
What the site is
A description of a service and a way to ask about it. Everything on it is information rather than an offer, and sending the form does not create an agreement, a booking, or an obligation on either side.
What we promise here
- We reply to a form submission within one business day, from a person.
- An intro call is 30 minutes and costs nothing.
- If we build for you, the agent runs on your existing number and carrier. Nothing is ported and the number stays yours, including if you stop.
Price, scope and dates are named in writing before any work starts. What is not on this page, and not in that document, is not promised.
What the agent does and does not do
The agent is software. It answers, asks, books, writes records, and hands a call to a person by rules the client sets. It is not a lawyer, an accountant, a doctor or a licensed adviser of any kind, and nothing it says on a call is professional advice.
Calls it handles are recorded and transcribed, and it says so before it asks anything. How that works is in the Privacy Policy and the AI Disclaimer.
Using the site properly
Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it, or send anything through the form that you have no right to send. Do not use the form to pitch us: it goes to the people who would build your agent, not to a sales inbox.
Our work stays ours
The text, drawings and code on this site belong to Arhiteq. What we build for a client, and who owns which part of it, is settled in that client's written agreement rather than here.
Stopping
Notice, refunds and what happens to your data when an engagement ends are set out in the written scope for that engagement. We do not print terms here that we have not agreed with you.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Which law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and the courts of Orange County, California are where a dispute about them is heard.
