Privacy Policy

This policy covers arhiteq.ai, operated by Arhiteq, 2175 S Coast Hwy 4, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. It explains what we collect on this site, what the phone agent we build for a client collects on that client's behalf, who else touches that data, and how long any of it is kept.

Write to [email protected] for anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data.

What this site collects

• What you send us in the form. Your name, an email address or a phone number, what you wrote about your business, your website if you gave one, and which half-day you said suits you for a call.
• How you arrived. The campaign tags in the address you came through, the referring site if it was not ours, the first page of your visit, and the click identifier Meta adds to an ad link. These are kept for the length of your visit in your browser and travel with the form when you send it.
• Which buttons were pressed. Advertising measurement, described under cookies below.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create. We use what you send only to reply to you and to work out whether we can help. We do not send newsletters.

What the phone agent collects

When a client hires us, the agent answers calls on that client's own number. On those calls it handles what a caller says: what they are calling about, the details needed to book a visit, and contact details the caller gives.

Calls are recorded and transcribed. California is a two-party consent state, so the agent says that a call is recorded before it asks anything, and a caller who does not want to be recorded can end the call or ask for a person.

On those calls the client is the one who decides what is collected and why, and we process it for them under our agreement with them. If you were called by an agent we run and want your data removed, the fastest route is the business you were calling; write to us at [email protected] and we will help either way.

How long we keep it

• Call recordings and transcripts: up to 24 months from the date of the call, then deleted.
• What you send through the form: up to 24 months from the day you send it, unless we are working together, in which case it lives as long as that does.

A deletion request is honoured whether or not those periods have run out. Deletion is not undoable, so we confirm before we do it.

Who else touches the data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. The services below process parts of it so that ours can work. Each one holds only the part its job needs.

This list changes when our stack does, and the date at the top of the page changes with it.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site runs advertising on Meta. The Meta pixel sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta that a page was viewed or a form was sent, so that the money spent on an ad can be matched to what it did. The same event is also sent from our server, with an identifier shared with the browser copy, so that one action is not counted twice.

Nothing you typed into the form is sent to Meta. We set no cookies of our own for tracking. Your browser settings, and Meta's own ad settings, can turn this off.

Your rights in California

If you live in California you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising, which is what the pixel above does. Ask at [email protected] and we will answer within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.

We have never sold personal information and we have no plans to.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to someone who already sent us something, we write to them rather than relying on this page being reread.
